Become a BAY Sponsor

Support a one-of-a-kind career education event.

The Business and Youth Expo creates an opportunity for experience and youth to meet and connect, and when they do, both professionals and students leave energized and inspired. San Diego County companies and business of all sizes, as well as individuals, have the unique opportunity to sponsor and to participate in either our March or October BAY Expo.

Businesses send five professionals to participate in the expo and luncheon. Hand selected by San Diego County high school principals, excited and curious juniors and seniors pack the expo halls to explore various tabletop displays that showcase the work being done by participating companies. This is a great opportunity for sponsors to share information about their company and how they create rewarding career opportunities.

During the lunch portion of the event, professionals dine with students whose career interest matches the sponsor’s industry. This gives each participating professional the opportunity to reach the next generation of talent and share how they have built their own career and what they have learned along the way.

Students are eager to learn about the possibilities their future may hold, and for the first time many students experience the opportunity to engage one-on-one with a career professional in their field of interest. Voices engrossed in thoughtful questioning and engaged discussion fill the room and reflect how rewarding and valuable this unique event is for all involved.

See Your Impact Firsthand

Every sponsor’s impact reaches far beyond one day of participation. Sponsoring businesses both ensure the continued success of Explore Solutions’ career and college community programs and also witness firsthand the positive impact their contribution has on local students.
